Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Tesmed devices, shipping, returns and technology.
EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) targets motor nerves to cause muscle contractions — used for training, toning and recovery. TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) targets sensory nerves to block pain signals — used for chronic and acute pain relief. Most Tesmed devices include both modes.
Yes. All Tesmed devices are CE-certified medical devices, designed to be used safely at home by non-professionals. Each device includes a full instruction manual. As with any electrical therapy device, avoid use near the chest if you have a pacemaker, and do not use during pregnancy without medical advice.
Each channel controls one pair of electrode pads (targeting one body area). 2 channels = 2 areas at once. 4 channels = 4 areas simultaneously (most popular). 6 channels = 6 areas (Trio 6.5 — ideal for full-body sessions). More channels means more versatility without having to move pads.

Always follow the program guidelines in your device manual and allow at least 24 hours between EMS training sessions on the same muscle group.

Tesmed anti-cellulite massagers use a patented 14-roller mechanical system that performs a triple action: lifting, kneading, and smoothing the skin. The rolling action stimulates microcirculation, encourages lymphatic drainage, and breaks down the fibrous septae responsible for the "orange peel" appearance. Unlike creams alone, the mechanical action reaches deeper tissue layers for visible results within weeks.
Most users notice visible improvement in skin texture within 4–6 weeks of regular use (3–4 sessions per week, 10–15 minutes per area). Measurable reduction in circumference is typically seen by week 8. For best results, use in combination with the Tesmed firming cream and stay well hydrated.
The massager is designed for all common cellulite-prone areas: thighs, buttocks, abdomen, hips, and upper arms. Apply light pressure and move slowly in circular or upward motions following the direction of lymphatic drainage. Full positioning guidance is included in the device manual.
